Came here for their puppy brunch which they host every first saturday of the month, and they did not disappoint!! The staff was so nice and attentive, the pups felt right at home! They even provided us with free dog food for our pups, how nice! We chose to eat in the patio sunce our fur babies were with us and the ambiance was amazing. The vibes were great! The food was also delicious, i had the chicken sandwich that comes with swiss cheese and avacado.... YUM! I definitely recommend this place and ESPECIALLY for their puppy brunch!

Wanted somewhere new to try for my friend's birthday. So happy we came here. The food was great! Our waiter Justin was awesome! Kudos to you guys! We'll be back.

My company met at Brimstone for a company lunch and the team enjoyed the restaurant and their ability to accommodate 11 people during lunch without a reservation. I tried the kale Salad and it was excellent!

We haven't tried too many dishes but the artichoke dip and the steak tips with garlic mash in Marsala sauce is to die for. We washed it off with a smooth Meiomi (Pinot Noir) The ambiance is warm and perfect for a date night. The service, very attentive. 5 out of 5.

Friday Event for 25! It was our first time at Brimstone. The ambience was pleasant and inviting. The food was just delicious. ALL OF IT! Pablo our waiter was very attentive, amazing personality and most importantly provided EXCELLENT service! Biankha and Ina the perfect hosts! We will definitely be back!

I had a great time for dinner at Brimstone. My husband and I decided to come on a week day night. We were able to get a table right away. The waitress was nice and service was quick. We ordered the half rack of baby back ribs and burger. The food was great!

My favorite spot in Pembroke gardens! Of course happy hour and BGR SLIDERS maybe the reason why- but honestly, it's the customer service and attention to detail. I'm huge on that and between the outside vibes (live DJ and Eddie) and the inside flow (dimmed light and manny). Whether it's for a lit night or a romantic night - this is the place to come! I've been a brimstone lover for a while and i don't think I'll Ever get tired. 10/10 recommend! Thank me Later folks.

This restaurant is perfect for a date night or just the night out with some friends. There's indoor outdoor and bar seating. I would recommend making reservations as it gets pretty crowded. I ordered steak, mac & cheese, a potato and corn. For an appetizer we had spinach dip. I will say the food was amazing. Everything was perfectly seasoned. My steak was cooked to perfection and the chimichurri sauce was super flavorful and paired well with the steak. The street corn was absolutely delicious. The jalapeño mac & cheese was not spicy whatsoever. Serving sizes were generous! I had leftovers that tasted even better the day after. Service was great! Our waiter was very attentive!

Came here for a baby shower which is nice to know they allow you to have events here. It was nice and spacious. I did order from the brunch menu and honestly nothing too out of this world. It was good just didn't think it was anything special. It's located in Pembroke gardens so it is located in a nice area and can go shopping if you'd like after. The service was okay, did notice the server did only show up a few times which isn't a huge problem. And yes they do have brunch mimosas.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brimstone in the Pembroke Pines Shopping Center Mall, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was great, it has the perfect blend of elegance and comfort that made for a perfect dining setting. The service was impeccable, and our waitress, Ashley, was simply amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I started with the lychee martini, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to kick off the evening. For the appetizer, I opted for the tuna tartar, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best I've ever had. The crunch in the middle paired with the exquisite sauce was so good that I could have licked the plate clean. For my main course, I went with the filet mignon, accompanied by garlic mash on the side. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. I'm not sure if i liked the steak more or the chicken Milanese, wow !! Both such great choices for entrees . Ofcourse i couldn't leave out dessert , we opt the white chocolate bread pudding with raspberry . Pro tip: add a scoop of icecream with it , you'll thank me later ! It perfectly complements the warm bread pudding. I use to be obsessed with the white chocolate bread pudding from Nordstrom bistro and this one beats it by far !!! Absolutely delicious. In addition to the fantastic food and impeccable service, Brimstone offers a vibrant nightlife outside with a DJ and dancing. It's a great place to continue the evening, enjoying music and a lively atmosphere. Whether you're there for a special occasion or just a night out, Brimstone provides an all-around amazing experience.
